On 21 March 2023, Austrian prime time news show ZiB2 interviewed Vicky Robertson on the European Commission’s dawn raid at Red Bull, which were carried out by the Austrian Federal Competition Authority. Red Bull is suspected of engaging in anti-competitive agreements and/or the abuse of market power. These are interesting developments concerning Austria’s most valuable brand, but not an extraordinary occurrence under EU competition law.
